By using the website, completing the quiz or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Subscription Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer.

Personalization is based primarily on the answers you provide through the quiz.

The service provides general educational and informational style guidance. It is not:

- Nutrition advice
- Fitness advice
- Mental-health advice
- Body-image treatment
- A professional body assessment
- A guarantee of fit or appearance
- A guarantee that every recommendation will match every user's personal needs

05.Pricing and Billing
DropAgentHub paid plans are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Dr.Mood Inc. and the payment provider displayed during checkout to charge your selected payment method each month until cancellation.
The current monthly price, included features, renewal information and any active promotion are displayed before checkout. Applicable taxes may be added where legally required.

06.Available Plans
- Style Starter — $19 billed monthly
- Personal Style Plan — $39 billed monthly
- Complete Style Transformation — $69 billed monthly
Features may be updated before purchase. The checkout page controls if any accidental difference exists between marketing copy and the current subscription offer.
07.Cancellation
Customers may cancel at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. See the Subscription Policy for how to cancel and what happens to access after cancellation.
08.Digital Access and Delivery
Digital access to subscription content is normally provided after a successful subscription payment. Delivery may occur through the website, a results page, email, a downloadable document, or another digital delivery method clearly disclosed during checkout. Temporary technical delays may occur.
09.Refunds
Eligible subscription charges may be refunded when requested within 30 days. See the Refund Policy for full details.
10.Promotions and Discounts
- Promotional pricing may have stated conditions.
- Coupons have no cash value and are not transferable.
- Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly allowed.

16.No Guaranteed Results
Personal style is subjective and results differ from person to person. The service does not guarantee:

- Career or financial results
- A specific clothing fit or appearance outcome
17.Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
18.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr.Mood Inc.'s total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid during the 12 months before the claim or USD $50. Mandatory consumer protections in your country or region remain unaffected.
19.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr.Mood Inc. from reasonable claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of applicable law.
20.Suspension and Termination
Access may be limited or terminated for:
- Fraud
- Illegal activity
- Abuse
- Security threats
- Payment fraud
- Material breach of these Terms

22.Governing Law
