This Subscription Policy explains the pricing, monthly billing, automatic renewals, cancellation rules and refund terms for DropAgentHub subscription plans.
It forms part of the Terms of Use.
01.Available Subscription Plans
- Style Starter — $19 billed monthly
- Personal Style Plan — $39 billed monthly
- Complete Style Transformation — $69 billed monthly
The exact price, active promotion, applicable taxes and included features are displayed before the customer completes checkout.
02.Monthly Subscription
All current DropAgentHub paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Subscriptions provide access to the features included in the selected plan during the active subscription period.
03.Automatic Renewal
All plans automatically renew every month until cancelled.
By purchasing a plan, the customer authorizes Dr.Mood Inc. and the payment provider displayed during checkout to automatically charge the selected payment method at the beginning of every new monthly billing period.
Customers do not need to manually purchase the plan again every month.
04.Billing Date
The subscription will normally renew on or near the same calendar date each month as the original purchase date. Billing dates may vary slightly due to payment processing or calendar differences.

Personal Style Plan — $39/month:
- Everything in Style Starter
- Complete personalized style profile

- Style mistakes to avoid
- Ongoing monthly style guidance
- New personalized recommendations every month
Complete Style Transformation — $69/month:
- Everything in Personal Style Plan
- Advanced wardrobe guidance
- Personalized shopping direction
- Seasonal outfit recommendations
- Ongoing style transformation guidance
- Monthly wardrobe updates
- Priority access to new style features
06.Payment Processing
Payments are processed by the payment provider displayed during checkout. Dr.Mood Inc. does not receive or store:
- Full payment card numbers
- Card security codes
- Bank passwords
- Bank login credentials
07.Monthly Renewal Charges
The current monthly price of the selected subscription is automatically charged at every renewal. Applicable taxes may be added where legally required.
If the subscription price changes, customers will be notified in advance where required by law.
08.How to Cancel
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation may be requested through:
- The available subscription management page or billing portal, when enabled
- Emailing support@dropagenthub.com
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Customers should cancel before the next billing date to avoid the following monthly renewal charge.
09.Access After Cancellation
When a subscription is cancelled, the customer keeps access until the end of the already-paid monthly billing period unless a refund is issued. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for previous payments.
10.Failed Payments
If a monthly payment fails:
- The payment provider may retry the charge
- The customer may be asked to update the payment method
- Access may be temporarily limited
- The subscription may eventually be cancelled if payment cannot be completed
11.Refund Guarantee
DropAgentHub offers a 30-day refund guarantee.
Customers may request a refund within 30 calendar days of an eligible subscription charge. Refund details are explained in the Refund Policy.
12.Promotions and Discounts
Promotional pricing and coupon codes may apply only under the conditions shown during checkout. Promotions:
- Have no cash value
- May not be transferable
- May not be combined unless expressly allowed
- May apply only to the initial billing period
If a discount applies only to the first billing period, future renewals may be charged at the standard monthly price disclosed during checkout.
13.Changing Plans
Customers may request to change subscription plans.
Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing period depending on the available billing system. Any price difference must be shown before the customer confirms the change.
14.Chargebacks and Billing Questions
Customers are encouraged to contact support@dropagenthub.com before filing a payment dispute so that billing concerns can be reviewed quickly.
This does not remove or limit any legal right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect payment.
15.Changes to This Policy
The Subscription Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where legally required.
