This Refund Policy covers monthly subscription charges for DropAgentHub personalized style plans, operated by Dr.Mood Inc.
01.30-Day Refund Guarantee
Customers may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of an eligible subscription charge.
02.Refund Request
Email support@dropagenthub.com with the suggested subject line Refund Request. Include:
- Account or purchase email
- Approximate charge date
- Payment reference if available
Never send:
- Full card numbers
- Card security codes
- Banking passwords
03.Refund Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Refunds commonly appear within approximately 5 to 10 business days after processing. The final timing depends on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.
04.Subscription Cancellation
When a refund is approved, the related subscription may also be cancelled. Access to paid subscription content may end after the refund.
05.Cancellation Without a Refund
Cancelling a subscription prevents future monthly renewal charges. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund previous payments.
06.Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
